Congress not to have rotational CM in J and K

New Delhi, Jan 2 UNI In keeping with the 'spirit' of the Jammu and Kashmir poll verdict, the Congress has agreed to accept the post of Deputy Chief Minister in place of a rotational Chief Minister, an arrangement it had with the PDP after the 2002 elections in the state.
