Born on July 16, 1984 in Hong Kong, Katrina Kaif is one of eight siblings, seven girls and one boy. Her parents are both British citizens with her father originally from Kashmir India. She grew up in Hawaii and later moved to London. At the age of 14, she started modelling for a jewellery campaign in London and was in the process discovered by filmmaker Kaizad Gustad, who gave her a part in the movie Boom. Though the movie was sought of a flop but she did not allow that deter her from striving for perfection.
