<p><font size="2"><strong>Johannesburg, Aug. 17: Zimbabwe’s main rivals failed to reach a settlement on the final day of a regional summit where the country’s crisis was high on the agenda, a spokesman for the Opposition leader said on Sunday.<p>&quot;We’re finished,&quot; said George Sibotshiwe, spokesman for Opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai, referring to Mr Tsvangirai’s meetings with regional leaders at the summit. Asked if there was an agreement, he said: &quot;No, not at all.&quot; He declined to discuss details of the talks at the summit, saying only that Mr Tsvangirai had met with the heads of state. The West Midlands Ambulance Service said the people were killed after a collision between two small planes near Coventry, about 140 kilometres northwest of London.<p>No further details of the crash were immediately available.
