Once alerted to the task midway up the stretch, Kiara responded instantly and the winner was sighted long way from home as she swiftly grabbed the initiative 200 metres to go to score by little over three lengths. Own Voice came on well to grab the runner-up place from Icebreaker followed by the tiring Mark Of Gibraltar.It seemed that inspired by the performance of Kiara her half brother, Easy, Razeen-Blue ridge rocketed to the front from a wide out side draw and held on to the lead to win the V.G. Saravanam Memorial Cup, a 1400 metres race for horses rated 40 to 65. Jedi Knight came with a flourish to beat Chilli Wind, who was struggling to find foot in straight, for the second spot.It was an hard ridden victory for Dr. M.A.Mâs Musical Paradise in the opener.
